Careers and Fun Seasonal Jobs!
The Briars employs 80 people
year-round with a surge up to
140+ from May to October. We
are known within the industry
for excellent training. This
is recognized by our guests,

staff are well-trained, friendly,
caring and courteous people
who provide attentive service.

Careers: |
 |
| If you
have decided hospitality
is your career, consider
joining The Briars and
enjoy all the opportunities
offered by an independent
resort, spa and conference
centre. Graduates and
students on work terms
have the chance for
exposure to several
departments, developing
a greater depth of knowledge
and understanding. Our
students are not limited
to one department, and
have the chance to see
how the pieces come
together to make the
resort work. |
 |
| If the
time comes that you
are ready to travel
and work elsewhere,
or if we are unable
to provide the next
step up, come talk to
us. The Briars is a
member of several hospitality
associations and we
can often arrange for
a change to another
fine establishment. |
 |

staff tell us that working
in a family-owned resort
provides staff with
a nice homey feeling
and relationships that
last a lifetime.
