Holidays are a time to celebrate! At The Briars the
tables are well-laden with the foods you like — special
and comfy food, traditional and contemporary dishes,
and yummy desserts — all decorated for the season.

Christmas Buffet Lunches:
These special lunches are available December 10-14 and
December 17-21, and include a daily soup, a variety
of salads, roast striploin of beef and Yorkshire pudding,
roast Ontario turkey, pan-seared Tilapia, vegetarian
penne pasta, seasonal vegetables and potatoes, and a
dessert table including chocolate mousse, cranberry
and white chocolate bread and butter pudding, Christmas
cookies and squares, fresh fruit and more.
The price is $19.95 per person plus taxes and gratuities.

New Year's Eve Menu:
Seasonal Brunches: At our
brunches on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday and Mother's
Day, you'll find a breakfast station which includes
an omelette to order, assorted breads and soup, salads
and seafood, several hot dishes including roasts, poultry
and fish, and a big table of desserts.
New Year's Day - Seatings between 10 am and
noon; $29 for adults, $14.50 for children 10 & under.
Easter and Mother's Day - Seatings are 10 am,
11 am, 12:30 and 1:30 pm. $35 for adults, $17 for children
10 & under.

If you are staying overnight, brunches are included
in your package and you may come between 10 am and 2
pm (12:30 New Year's Day).
Seasonal Galas: The Saturday
evenings leading up to Christmas are the time for our
gala festive buffet dinner-dances (Dec 1st, 8th and
15th). These festive evenings will bring a special seasonal
feeling to your Christmas Party. Imagine: a room full
of mouth watering dishes and food stations. The ambience
of our decorated historical setting - enough to make
Charles Dickens envious. Add to this lively music, dancing
and you have the making of the perfect party with great
memories. (A similar night is held on the Saturday of
Thanksgiving Weekend.)
The Christmas galas are perfect for gathering with your
friends and co-workers for a time of celebration. Please
