is a private club. Guests
staying at The Briars
Resort have special
playing privileges while
they are here. |

What is the dress code
at the Golf Club? |

As acceptable
styles vary from club
to club, the Briars
Golf Club has provided
this guideline to assist
you in preparing for
your visit. In the event
you forget something,
the Pro Shop is well
stocked: |
| Proper
Golf Attire is required
at all times on the
course, the putting
green and the practice
area. |

Appropriate dress:
Members and guests will
be attired in clothing
that is appropriate
for golf and which is
acceptable to the golf
clothing industry.
Appropriate dress:
Socks will be worn at all times.
Shorts must be not shorter than half way on the thigh.
Shirts and blouses will be tucked in at all times, except those designed to be worn outside of the lower garment, and which sits on the belt line.

Inappropriate
dress: Jeans or denim, tennis or beach wear,
T-Shirts, halter or tank tops, cut-offs,
Cargo Pants and shorts

| Those
wearing clothing or
footwear that is not
appropriate for golf
activity will result
in the Pro Staff refusing
golfing privileges. |

What time can Juniors
play? |
|
Juniors
are golfers aged 10
to 18. If they are not
accompanied by an adult,
they may tee off after
3pm seven days a week.
Juniors who are accompanied
by an adult -- one adult
player for each junior
player -- may tee off
after 12 noon mid-week
and after 1pm on weekends.
