separate bedrooms. We
have two bedroom cottages,
studio bed-sitting
rooms with adjoining
rooms, interconnecting
guestrooms, and the

Simcoe Suite. |

Do your cottages have
cooking facilities? |

Our cottages do
not have cooking facilities
because all meals are
included. Each cottage
does have coffee maker,
tea pot and fixings,
as well as a small fridge
for keeping snacks and
drinks. |

Where can I smoke while
I am at The Briars? |
|
The Briars inside
is smoke-free. Smoking
is permitted on many
guest room patios and
balconies. A section
of the Fountain Court
Patio outside the Dining
Room and Drinkwaters'
Lounge is available
for smoking. And, of
course, there is the
out-of-doors-and lots
of it! |

Do you allow pets? |

For guest comfort,
we do not allow pets
at the resort. We can
recommend some excellent
pet sitting and boarding
options nearby. |

Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out from your room is at noon. |

What is your cancellation
policy? |

We require three
weeks notice of cancellation
prior to the arrival
date. Cancellation after
this deadline means
a forfeit of your deposit.
During the Holiday Season,
a six-week cancellation
period is in effect.

Add $50 per day

For guests 60+ years
of age, there is a reduction
